Replying to Check-in Emails

Check in or add a comment by replying directly to a notification email

When you set up Status Hero to send you a check-in reminder by email, you can automatically check in simply by replying to the email. Your reply will be added to the "previous" field, which is usually the "what did you accomplish yesterday?" question, depending on how your Administrator or Team Lead has set things up.

We do our best to remove the original message text and email signatures from your reply, but sometimes there are custom signatures where we can't determine which part is the reply. In this case, just put two or more dashes (--) on their own line together in your reply, and we'll ignore everything below them.  

You can also send a comment reply to a comment notification via email. The double-dash trick will work there too if you have a quirky signature.
